April is a perky, yet tough woman reporter and ally of the Turtles and Casey Jones.  April aids them on missions primarily through gathering intelligence and occasionally through physical combat.  April, not at first, fell in love with Casey Jones, even though he gives her naming labels and put downs, but still, they have an affection for one another.
