After Leonardo split up on a training mission in South America, Donatello became more serious and mature.  Donatello become an IT tech support operator while holding the remaining turtle group as leader-esque.  Even though he lives with Raphael and Michelangelo (while Leonardo is away), they've got their own separate lives, he tries to keep the team unified.  One time, Donatello clashes with Raphael for not contributing to the team as Michelangelo did.  After Leonardo returns from his training mission, Donatello and the rest of the turtle team helped each other in the fight against Mr. Winters and his ancient mystical generals.
