Synopsis

It's a dark time for the people of New York City as the Shredder and his Foot Clan ninjas have a hold on both the local police and the local politicians.  The future and all hope seems dismal until four super turtle outcast bothers discover their destiny as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  The turtles join forces with April O'Neil and her news cameraman, Vernon Fenwick, to save New York City and unravel Shredder's plans.
